We have a comprehensive recruitment process including verification of their previous employment, professional qualifications, certifications, and residential history. All of our team members have an enhanced DBS check along with personal and professional reference checks. All of our team hold Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, and Safeguarding qualifications. We offer regular training courses for our staff to ensure their continued professional development.
